What you’ll do

You’ll handle marketing and sales to make them efficient and steady. Key areas include (for the next 12 months):

Develop the website: grow traffic from 3000 to 10–20K monthly visits via SEO, Google Ads, and Google Shopping, and conversion from 0% to 1–5%.
Manage Etsy listings: optimize descriptions, photos, and prices to attract clients.
Engage with customers: answer queries, collect reviews, offer personalization.
Run Instagram and YouTube: create content (posts, Stories, coastal decor videos) and analyze audience growth.
Develop products: ideate and test new items, including photography for sales.
Use AI: generate photos, videos, and content to streamline tasks.
Run A/B tests and analyze data (Google Analytics, Etsy Analytics) to optimize.
And much more — in a startup, tasks pop up unexpectedly, but we’ll tackle them together.

Commitment and approach

I need someone fully committed — ready for a flexible, non-standard schedule, where there’s essentially no fixed routine. During peak times, like summer, you might need to work 8 hours daily, 7 days a week with minimal days off for a month, to get everything done. I focus on results, not bureaucracy. We’re not robots: we rest when needed, not by the calendar. We’ll support each other to avoid burnout — the goal is to build financial freedom, not a 2000-euro-a-month routine.

Who I’m looking for

I don’t have strict requirements — if you believe in the project and are ready to dive in, effort will cover experience gaps through tests and learning. But ideally, I’m looking for a 25–30-year-old with 2–3 years in digital marketing:

WordPress: plugins, pages, posts, themes.
WooCommerce: product and payment setup.
Advertising: Google Ads, Instagram Ads, A/B tests.
Photography: basic product skills.
AI: content generation (Midjourney, ChatGPT).
Experience launching your own projects, freelancing, or tasks requiring personal responsibility is highly valued.
Location in Cádiz Bay (including Jerez) or willingness to relocate.
