Veamar is a coastal décor brand specializing in cleaned and personalized oyster shells, with existing sales through Etsy and its own website. The company’s goal is to optimize marketing and sales processes, improve client satisfaction, and expand into a global brand.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Specialist to lead and execute all marketing and sales activities. The role requires a combination of digital marketing expertise, e-commerce management, and hands-on involvement in product promotion and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase website traffic (from 3,000 to 10–20K monthly visits) and improve conversion rates (from ~0% to 1–5%).

• Manage and optimize Etsy listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

• Handle customer engagement: respond to inquiries, collect reviews, and coordinate product personalization.

• Create and manage content for Instagram and YouTube, including photos, videos, and stories.

• Support product development through idea generation, testing, and photography.

• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT) to generate content and streamline processes.

• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data (Google Analytics, Etsy Analytics) to optimize results.

• Contribute to additional tasks typical of a startup environment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.

• Knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce (plugins, pages, themes, product setup, payments).

• Experience with Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and A/B testing.

• Basic product photography skills.

• Familiarity with AI-based content generation.

• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

• Location: Cádiz Bay (including Jerez) and Algeciras Bay or willingness to relocate.

• Previous experience in freelance projects or entrepreneurial initiatives.

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to long-term growth.
